I really want an anteater, but i need to do research. So, what are the state laws about exotic animals?

Indiana Exotic Animal Laws are in place to protect public safety and to protect the health of the exotic animal. To accomplish this, according to state law, any person who possesses a dangerous exotic animal has to also possess a state issued permit for each exotic animal.

This was at a bird rescue, the birds were taken here if they were abused, if the owners shouldn’t of had them or, of they couldn’t have them anymore. It was a lot of fun as you can tell.

The Babin Ranch is situated on 435 heavily wooded acres in Center Texas, with protein feeders, corn feeders and a rolling stream throughout the property.

We offer trophy class whitetail deer and elk, along with a wide variety of exotic animals.

The lodge is a beautiful three bedroom, two and a half bath structure that was made from the actual timber on the land. It also contains an additional bunkhouse and a game room with the ability to sleep ten hunters overall.
The landscape of the ranch consists of rolling hills, large oak and pine trees, food plots, pastures, two separate streams that flow into each other, swamps, and dense forests.

Here at Babin Ranch we accommodate all types of hunting, from tree stands, to box stands, to ground blinds, as well as stalking. The guide’s duties will include taking you to and from your blind, assisting you in selecting which animal to harvest, recovering the animal, field dressing, and storing the game in a walk-in cooler. We also tailor to specific needs of our hunters. Do not hesitate to ask for any special requests or arrangements. We will already pick you up and drop you off at the Shreveport Louisiana airport if needed.

Here at TWS we rescue cats from all walks of life. About 75% of our exotic cats and hybrids come from private owners. Whether the owner starts with good intentions or cruel ones, exotic animals kept as “pets” are typically abused, harassed and kept in substandard living conditions. Only professionally operated facilities can provide the levels of care and safety these animals require. By outlawing private ownership of exotic species, we can prevent the unethical and cruel treatment of exotic animals held captive as “pets” while also preventing future public safety risks. To learn more about how you can help go to www.wildcatsanctuary.org.
