At three different times I’ve gotten chickens they’re all different ages and they always peck at each other. So I don’t keep them together. How do I get them to get along?

You need enough space for All the birds to get along and enough for each group to be by them selves for awhile then they will fall into the order that has been established.Hens do well its the roos that fight so if have more roos than hens best to sell them and keep 1 roo to several hens and hope the roos don’t fight like mine did last night.

Chickens do this to establish a "pecking order". It’s what they do to establish who the top chickens in the flock are and who are on the bottom of the pecking order. Basically who runs the flock!! It’s all chicken politics or chicken drama as I call it!
The key things to do are to make sure the young ones are fully feathered before you introduce them into the flock. Also you need to put a box in the area that they are kept so the new ones can get away from the old ones.
Also but in another water station and food station if possible but the water one is the important one since the older more established chickens sometimes dont let thenew ones drink.
Other then that, you just need to give them time to adjust and to let them establish flock order.
