@hedgies26241 We have a colony of 25 rabbits and there is a dominant female in charge- the only time we have trouble is when we intorduce new oens & they dont get that- usually it works out fine, sometimes we have to separate out new ones again for a few weeks & keep trying. Our area for the rabbits is 20′x20′ and all free range.

@hedgies26241 males and females are always housed separatly, except for the animals that are all spayed and neutered-rabbits & kinkajous ( the gliders are in apirs and the males are neutered).

I think what you are doing is wonderful. I did have a question though. Do you have seperate areas that you keep the males and females? Or do you have them all spayed/neutered? Plus how do you keep the bunnies from fighting. I have rabbits and my males fight if they are together.

Shadow the arctic marble fox- he was bred for fur, bought as a kit to be a pet, but it didnt work out- their urine smells like skunk & he got bitey- we took him in & had him neutered & got shots etc now he lets us take him on walks
