		<description>Well, for that you actually need to call your local DNR - if you called the State department, they would probably tell you to call them. 
Frankly I only know how to contact my own (which is in Ohio), so you&#039;d have to look it up. I think you could just look up the MDNR in a search engine, and it should come up with their site - then you can just call them, ask any questions you need, and then ask them to send you the permit application.
