A Search Engine Optimization company or SEO company for short can help a business with their website to make it rank better on search engines. The exact method for this can change from time to time as the search engines change the way that they look at websites. The point of hiring a company to handle the optimization is that they work hard to make sure that they keep on top of any changes that the search engines go through so that they can ensure that websites continue to be optimized for the new changes.

An SEO company can do a lot for a company, but there are some things that they have no control over. This just means that they have to explore other avenues or perform other services more frequently to get over those uncontrollable parts. It is also important for an SEO company to explain that there is a cycle where a company may fall in ranks before raising back up.

Hi, Laura….this recipe sounds amazing, bcus I love cauliflower. However, I’m imagining this dish with whole wheat rotini, broccoli, red peppers and crispy-ish bacon tossed in for added nutrition, colour & flavour. I’m going to try it….thanks so much for your recipe!

  • Jason Lim Wei Wei says:

doubt she will do it, since Laura loves potatoes

Making this tonight for dinner. However, the recipe called for minced garlic (and it should be sliced), also, did you use 2 Cups of Chicken stock? Looked like a lot less. Just curious. Thanks for all the wonderful recipes! I know this will be delish!

Laura, you should definitely have your own show on national television!

You have a great appearance and personality, your recipes are mouth watering, and your hubby does a *superb* job on the camera work and video editing! What a great team you both make.

Wow. What else can any of your subscribers say? :-)

All best, and thanks so much,
    Jersey Joe :-)

laura! when you cook off camera, do you use the stove in the back or the one u use on camera (on the counter)? curiosity!!!

  • loyalqueen says:

lol – i did that for my pre op diet. it does NOT taste the same because there is no starch in cauliflower. it’s the same texture but doesn’t taste the same. you may eat it without guilt but it’s nowhere near as tasty and yummy and satisfying and good old mashed potatoes. if you want to cut down on the fat – use reduced fat milk and use olive oil margarine – not butter. =]

  • pinkslipperz16 says:

Each country has its own version of “poor food”. In Colombia we call it “a lo pobre” and I personally think it tastes so much better because it tends to have a lot more flavor.
