Nice movie, will ...
Nice movie, will try to implement some of the ideas, see how it goes.
As for tehina, IMO, too much water, I usually use 50/50 when it come to water/tehina ratio, but I guess that is a matter of taste. Also, about the fermented rice, any clue what are the quantities of rice/water (beside the 100ml of fermentation agent he mentioned to use?

Also a question: When he shows the process of the rice fermentation he mention using 100cc of the fermenting agent, but not the quantaties of water/rice, any chance where I can find more info on that?

For p0miki, I don't ...
For p0miki, I don't think this guy is very big on measuring (at least not anymore, he's been in the restaurant business so long he can probably do it in his sleep). It sounded like he was using 100 ccs of the rejuvelac and then just eyeballed the amount of rice flour and water to make a paste.

I've learned a lot ...
I've learned a lot here! Fabulous! In Canada we're half metric and half imperial measurements, so I'm really confused now about these recipes. Silly me, I've tried to write down what I think your measurements are. Looks like I'll have to wing it - like the pro does!

You don't need a ...
You don't need a b12 supplement, it takes too long to explain here,- but if you look at vegan sites on the net you will get the info you need. A lot of soya milks have b12 added and it's also in Marmite. But trust me, don't worry, from a fellow vegan.
