Hi fezan84, thanks for all your comments, its a tasty way to cook chicken, ref the time lapse, it takes a while to do but makes the video more enjoyable.
Ref my accent, I have always lived in London but have some Irish in me. Well spotted! I didnt realize my accent gave it away.

This is almost exactly how I do my chicken too — an herb-lemon compound butter. It turns out so great. Great vid, loved the oven time-lapse. Btw, what part of the UK are you from? Your accent is a bit different from some of my other British friends. Sounds almost Irish, but I could be very wrong since I really know very little about the UK =[]
