This is a great egg …
This is a great egg substitute when cooking.

Mix 1 Tablespoon ground flax seeds (I use the coffee grinder again) and 3 Tablespoons of water. Mix well until a gelatinous mixture forms (about 30 seconds) You won’t be able to tell the difference!
