			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><img src="http://i.ytimg.com/vi/6o1Flhz-kzE/2.jpg" align="left">So this week I talked about one of my favorite <a href="http://www.barbecuediguana.com/" target=_self>recipes</a>, fruit salsa with cinnamon sugar tortilla chips:</p>
<p>Chop (however finely you prefer):<br />
3 peeled Granny Smith apples<br />
2 kiwis<br />
1 quart? strawberries</p>
<p>Mix in:<br />
1 tbsp. brown sugar<br />
2 tbsp. white (granulated) sugar<br />
2 tsp. lemon juice<br />
1 tbsp. apple (or other) jelly</p>
<p>Cinnamon sugar tortilla chips:</p>
<p>Wet tortillas with water (or I suppose you could use butter-based cooking spray) and sprinkle with a cinnamon-sugar mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes.</p>
