“Animal Connection”, the show, brings awareness of how extremely connected all living things (animals / wildlife and humans) inhabiting the earth really are. Some of these relationships— connections— are already broken, some are in grave peril, but many are healthy and getting stronger. As our human population grows and our footprint enlarges, the often delicate balances along the boundaries change. Our show will reveal these shifting links between humans, animals / wildlife; we will see through the eyes of the species whose lives are interwoven, either by design or circumstance.
Our show will take viewers on a journey. We will go behind the scenes of animal organizations like animal shelters, zoos, wildlife sanctuaries, animal and wildlife training centers, wildlife preserves, and more, all across the country. We will get an insider’s view into what it takes to keep an animal shelter running or how animals caught between wildlife and domestication are trained and fully integrated into captivity or released back into the wild.
We will also closely examine the connections that have developed with domesticated animals that live and work alongside humans. Additionally, we will look at the complex relationships that evolve in circumstances that bring people and animals / wildlife together by accident. Whether we are in the rainforest or in an inner city dog pound, we have connections with the animal and wildlife world that are fascinating, evolving, and critical to our survival.
Of course the Animal Connection will be fun and entertaining as well. Many celebrities and professional athletes are animal lovers and lend their names to animal and wildlife causes. We will have guest celebrities who will show viewers how they have connected with animals or wildlife, and how their lives have changed as a result. Donating money is not the only way to help animals and wildlife, so we will include things that all of us can do and show how our actions, locally, regionally, and globally affect animals and wildlife. The Animal Connection “Hot Tip of the Day” will contain useful information for viewers wanting to get more involved or tips to help our audience make small changes in their daily routines that, in the end, have an impact on the natural world for animals, wildlife and humans.
The purpose of our show is not to judge, but to bring awareness to the consequences, positive, negative, and neutral, that occur as we learn to coexist with all the inhabitants of our planet. We hope to inspire viewers to make their own connections with animals and wildlife in the natural world, in ways they had not thought about before and in ways that fit into their lifestyles.

The animal rights group PeTA (People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals) goes undercover at an Animal Sanctuary known as GW Exotic who apparently love and care for their animals very much???
There are many terrific animal sanctuaries that don’t at all treat their animals in disgusting and apathetic ways such as the ones depicted in this video.
One such sanctuary; is the wonderful Big Cat Rescue who don’t abuse or exploit their cats and focus on legitimacy educating people about their plight and how we can help save and conserve them.
Sanctuaries like Big Cat Rescue are the ones to get behind and support and not ones like these.
If you ever see deplorable conditions and treatment of animals at animal sanctuaries or parks, please report it to your local animal rights group or Humane Society and help expose these people and stop their careless treatment of animals that give the legitimate animal parks a bad name.

This is a remake of one of my older videos. Learn about the cruelties that shroud exotic animal ownership. Exotic animal ownership in no way helps to save animals, as many owners will argue. Owning an animal that should be free doesn’t constitute as conservation, and is truly of no value to the species. Others argue that the animals have never seen freedom, so how could they miss it? That statement clearly shows that they, to some degree acknowledge life is better for the animals in the wild. And true, an animal may not have experienced freedom. That does not mean it will live a happy life in captivity. The argument against exotic pet ownership is backed by facts, and many of the world’s renowned animal supporters and activists.
Please spread the word with me, as so many people still do not know about this. Tell people you know, and boycott places that support the selling or buying of exotic animals as pets. Anything you do can make a difference- set up awareness events, contact your local media station to do an investigation, perhaps of a local breeder or auction. Create and share videos that highlight the truth.
Many pet stores actually sell tiger cubs to people. This in itself should be a crime. Especially when you know how those animals get to the pet stores in the first place…
There is also no such thing as a “responsible” breeder of wild animals. No animal should be born for a life in a cage, especially with the ever climbing number of exotic animals without homes. Many will end up in roadside zoos and menageries, where they will be bred for their cubs, until their use is up. Why create more tigers and other animals when so many need help? It’s a parallel to the pet overpopulation crisis.
We need to support real conservation efforts- not backyard breeders who claim to be helping by giving cubs to anyone who asks, or those who auction the cubs to the highest bidder. No animals are being saved here. But thousands are being hurt and thrown into deplorable situations.
While this video uses solely images of exotic cats, be aware that these facts ring true for the other exotic animals- including but not limited to wolves, bears, and any hybrid animals as well.
These animals need better laws. Please contact your State Legislature and urge for better laws protecting exotic animals kept as pets.
