I’m looking for some alcholic beverages that could substitute for real desserts to offer customers in lieu of food. Everyone always has room for a cocktail! Any suggestions? Things that taste like pies, cookies, cakes, with ice cream, etc. Thanks.
These sound great, but I was looking for more drinks rather than a shot! Thanks again!

Chocolate cake: 1 oz Frangelico, 1 oz Citrus Vodka.

Take the shot and bite into a sugar coated lemon wedge. The shot is sweet and tasty, but you really taste the chocolate when you bite into the lemon. I know it doesn’t make a whole lotta sense, as there is no chocolate in it, but trust me, it’s fabulous.

You can add a splash of Bailey’s original too if you wish :)

Chocolate Martinis are always a big hit (I make mine with creme de cacao, vanilla vodka, creme, and some chocolate sauce). You can always do a variation of these as well. Some examples would be mint chocolate martinis (like a Thin Mint Girl Scout Cookie), Turtle martini (add creme de carmel), and white chocolate martinis.

Brandy Alexander – mix brandy, creme de cacao and ice cream in a blender

Grasshopper – vanilla ice cream, creme de menthe, and vodka

Pink Squirrels – creme de cacao, creme de almonde, and vanilla ice cream

Pumpkin Pie Martini – vanilla vodka, 43 (liquor) pumpkin liquor, Bailey’s, butterscotch schnapps.

Tirimusu Martini – vanilla cogdka, creme de cacao, espresso or coffee liquor

Almond Joy Martini- Malibu, amaretto, creme de cacao

There are also a ton of coffeee drinks that you could serve such as Irish Coffee.

The best dessert drink is a nuts and berries. Equal parts Frangelico and Chambord with cream, over ice in a collins glass.

    50/50 Orange Bar

6 oz Original Tangy Sunny Delight
    2 oz vanilla vodka

Tastes just like the old style 50/50 ice cream bars

    Dreamsicle / Push-Up:
In a collins glass (or equivalent size) filled with ice, put
1 1/2 oz. Dr. McGillicuddy’s Vanilla Schnapps, fill almost to the top with orange juice, and fill remainder with cream or milk.

    Cherry Cheesecake:
In a collins glass (or equivalent) filled with ice, put
1 1/2 oz. Dr. McGillicuddy’s Vanilla Schnapps, fill almost to the top with cranberry juice, and fill the remainder with cream or milk.

Just make the shot as a drink (increase the non alchoholic mix)

    Here are my two favorite:

    Berry Chocolate Cake

However, for drinks, a lot of flavored martini’s will taste like desserts, here are some you may want to look at:

    Hope this helps!
