I have to make a dessert for a pregnant woman and I was wondering does anyone know any desserts that looks amazing, healthy and takes less than 30 minutes to make????
I was hoping for a recipe thats more sophistcated than a fruit salad

    Peel some peaches. Mix the peaches with blueberries, honey, and lemon juice. The colors are amazing and it’s tasty and healthy.

    Take a can of Hershey’s chocolate syrup and pour it in a square baking dish. Add 2 cans (use the syrup can) of skim milk. Stir it and freeze overnight. Scrape it out with a spoon for fat free chocolate sorbet! yum!

    double chocolate mousse

    1-1/2 cups cold fat-free milk, divided
    2 squares BAKER’S Semi-Sweet Chocolate
    1 pkg. (2.1 oz.) JELL-O Chocolate Fat Free Sugar Free Instant Pudding
    2 cups thawed COOL WHIP FREE Whipped Topping, divided
    1/2 cup fresh raspberries

    MICROWAVE 1 cup milk and chocolate squares in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 min.; whisk until chocolate is melted. Add remaining milk and dry pudding mix; beat 2 min. Refrigerate 20 min.

    WHISK in 1-1/2 cups COOL WHIP; spoon into 6 dessert dishes.

    TOP with remaining COOL WHIP and berries
