I prefer two or three types of desserts. One type of cookie, etc… I think they want some variety.
I want to spontaneously treat the recycling club that I am in right now with a delicious dessert. The problem: I don’t know how to cook/bake.
However, I don’t want something that is hard to carry(cake). If you don’t have any idea for desserts, any simple finger food would be nice. thx a whole lot

Zucchini Brownies, trust me it sounds crazy at first but they are totally yummy! Also really easy to make. you just need 2 zucchinis. I never make the frosting they’re really rich they don’t really need it but it’s included anyways. I find that they are pretty yummy with a lil powdered sugar on top to. Also you can nix the nuts if you don’t like them or if someone has an allergy.
Zucchini Brownies:
Ingredients
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 1/2 cups white sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups shredded zucchini
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Frosting:
6 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 cup margarine
2 cups confectioners’ sugar
1/4 cup milk 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9×13 inch baking pan.
In a large bowl, mix together the oil, sugar and 2 teaspoons vanilla until well blended. Combine the flour, 1/2 cup cocoa, baking soda and salt; stir into the sugar mixture. Fold in the zucchini and walnuts. Spread evenly into the prepared pan.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes in the preheated oven, until brownies spring back when gently touched.
To make the frosting, melt together the 6 tablespoons of cocoa and margarine; set aside to cool. In a medium bowl, blend together the confectioners’ sugar, milk and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla. Stir in the cocoa mixture. Spread over cooled brownies before cutting into squares.

Take shop-bought products and combine them.
You could get a good-quality chocolate ice-cream and some chocolate brownies and create a sundae in some wine glasses, with brownie chunks at the bottom, then ice cream, then some whipped cream and some kind of sprinkles on top.
Or you could get that crema di mascarpone ice cream and make a sundae with crumbled amaretti biscuits and fresh raspberries, and some cream on top. Delish!
